5. Mobile photo radar devices may be used to monitor compliance with speed limits on the following public highways:
(0.1)  in the territory of Municipalité de Les Coteaux (71033), the portion of route 338 which extends from its intersection with rue de l’École located south of route 338 to the intersection with rue Provost and chemin du Fleuve;
(0.2)  in the territory of Municipalité de Noyan (56015), the portion of route 202 which extends from the easternmost expansion joint of bridge P-13949W, named pont Jean-Jacques-Bertrand, to its intersection with route 225, named, depending on the location, chemin de la Petite-France or chemin de la 3e-Concession;
(0.3)  in the territory of Municipalité de Rougemont (55037) and Ville de Saint-Césaire (55023), the portion of route 112 which extends from its intersection with rang Double, located in Municipalité de Rougemont, to the intersection with route 233, named rue Notre-Dame, located in Ville de Saint-Césaire;
